Oscar Pardo: Founder
My name is Oscar Pardo, and I’m a scientist. I also run a YouTube channel, “Oscar’s Green Card” where I discuss various green card categories that allow self-petitioning, including EB-2 NIW and EB-1A.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on process development in the fields of bioprocessing and biopharma. I spent several years in academia before transitioning to the private sector in Massachusetts. If you’re curious about my academic research, feel free to check out my Google Scholar profile—though I should note that I haven’t published anything since joining a private company.
I also have a YouTube video where I share my personal green card journey, having applied under two different categories. Yes, I have firsthand experience with both the EB-2 NIW as a self-petitioner and the EB-1 category, where I worked with my company’s lawyers.
Hello, I’m Marina Martinez. Here’s a bit about my professional and academic background: I graduated with a law degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain in 2011.
In 2024, I joined Oscar on his project to create content for DIY Green Card petitioners, such as those applying for the EB-2 National Interest Waiver.
You might have seen me on our Spanish-language YouTube channel, “Oscar’s Green Card Español”. I also perform EB-2 NIW Express Reviews that we offer to assist Do-It-Yourself petitioners. While I’m not a U.S. lawyer, my legal background has been valuable in providing this type of support!
