EB-2 NIW official case finder
Search official EB-2 NIW appeal decisions faster.
The USCIS official Administrative Appeals Office website allows us to find appeal decisions with analysis from the agency. This can help us understand how officers think, so we can build better petitions or responses to Request for Evidence.
However, the official database search engine is too basic and it takes a long time to find relevant cases. Our solution is a powerful search engine that lets you filter 1,700+ official EB-2 NIW documents.
We continue to update the database as new cases are obtained. During checkout, use a common email address such as Gmail, Hotmail, Proton, or Yahoo. This will be your login to the platform. Corporate emails cannot be used to login.
Take a look at this 2-minute video.
In this video, we show you what this new platform is and how it can help you. If you prefer, you can also read about it below.
- See how to search for keywords that may be of interest to your case.

Customized feedback based on similar cases
The platform uses the latest LLM models to go through the closest cases and evaluate them against yours.
Upload your USCIS RFE or denial and find similar cases.
You can upload your Request for Evidence or Denial letter from USCIS and the platform will find the 10 to 15 cases that are most relevant to you based on your field so you can save time and effort.
The platform will use the latest LLM models to go through those closest cases and evaluate them against yours, so you can get feedback on strengths and weaknesses you are facing. That way, you can get ideas on how to make your response to the RFE more effective in front of USCIS.
