Who is this for?

What email should I use at checkout?
Use a common/personal email address (Gmail, Hotmail, Proton, Yahoo, etc.). Company or university emails may not be valid for access. If you did not realize and used a company/university email; don't you worry: contact us and we will switch you to a regular email address so you can log in
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime before the following billing cycle to stop the subscription.
Do some tools take longer to run?
Yes. The Petition Cover Letter Reviewer and RFE Response Letter Reviewer can take 30–40 minutes and are limited to once every 24 hours. The Recommendation Letter Reviewer takes about 10–20 minutes. This is because there is a lot going on in the background of the app; multiple tools working together to review the full document and get comprehensive feedback for you based on our methodology.
Does this work best with the course?
Yes. The course methodology is the foundation, and the reviewers in the AI Assistants platform provide feedback based on that method.

AI Assistants for EB-2 NIW (the “App”)

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) Who we are (Provider / Data Controller)
The App is provided by Oscar Pardo Consulting SLU (“we,” “us,” “our”). For privacy purposes, the Data Controller is:

2) Important disclaimer (no legal advice)
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Use of the App does not create an attorney-client relationship. The App provides educational, informational, and AI-assisted feedback that may be incomplete or incorrect.
You are solely responsible for:
- what you upload,
- how you use the outputs,
- and any filing decisions or submissions to USCIS or other agencies.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
4) Accounts, credentials, and responsibility
If the App requires an account:
- You must keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not allow others to access the App using your credentials.
5) Subscription model, billing, and cancellation
5.1 Monthly subscription & auto-renewal
The App is offered via monthly subscriptions that renew automatically unless canceled by you before the next renewal date.
5.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and you will typically retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.
5.3 Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
5.4 Price changes
We may change subscription pricing or plans. If a change affects your subscription, we will provide notice where required and the change will apply on a future renewal.
6) Single-user license (one purchase = one person)
6.1 One subscription is for one individual user
Each subscription purchase grants access to one natural person only (“Individual Use”). Accounts are not transferable and may not be shared.
6.2 No consultant / lawyer / service-provider use under an individual subscription
Consultants, attorneys, law firms, and other service providers may not use an individual subscription to serve clients (including reviewing, generating, or iterating client petitions through the App), even if the client “authorizes” it.
If you want to use the App as a professional service provider (for client work), you must contact us for a separate plan and written permission at os***@*************rd.com.
6.3 Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear to be shared, resold, or used for service-provider/client work without authorization, without refunds.
7) What the App does
The App allows you to upload or paste immigration petition-related text and receive AI-assisted analysis, comments, checklists, summaries, and drafting suggestions.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete—always verify.
8) User content, uploaded files, and permissions
8.1 Your ownership
You keep ownership of the documents and content you upload (“User Content”).
8.2 Permission to process
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to:
- provide the App features you request,
- generate outputs,
- maintain security and prevent abuse,
- provide support,
- and troubleshoot/improve reliability (e.g., debugging).
8.3 You must have rights to upload
You represent you have the legal rights and permissions to upload the content and that doing so does not violate confidentiality obligations, contracts, or third-party rights.
9) Sensitive documents and file storage (important)
Immigration materials often contain sensitive personal information. You control what you upload.
9.1 Minimize sensitive data
Do not upload data that is unnecessary for your use of the App, such as:
- Social Security numbers,
- full passport scans,
- bank account numbers,
- or other highly sensitive identifiers unless you truly need them.
9.2 Where uploaded files/text may be stored
To operate the App, your uploaded files and/or extracted text may be stored in the App’s underlying infrastructure (e.g., app database/hosting) and may be transmitted through third-party processors used to run the service (for example, workflow/automation providers and AI providers).
9.3 AI processing and third-party AI providers
When you request an AI feature, relevant parts of your User Content may be sent to an AI provider to generate responses. We take reasonable steps to use providers and configurations intended for business use and privacy.
9.4 Retention
We retain User Content and related data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support your usage, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.

- Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion due to standard security and disaster-recovery practices.
No system is risk-free. Upload only what you are comfortable processing for this purpose.
10) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes,
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt systems,
- scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls,
- violate privacy/confidentiality rights of others,
- share accounts or resell access,
- use an individual subscription for service-provider/client work.
11) Intellectual property
The App (software, UX, branding, templates, and materials) is owned by us or our licensors, excluding your User Content. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative products from the App without written permission.
12) Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

This section explains how we collect and use personal data when you use the App.
15) Data we collect
Depending on usage, we may collect:
- Account data: name, email, login identifiers.
- User Content: uploaded files, pasted text, chat messages/prompts, outputs, and related metadata.
- Usage/security logs: device/app diagnostics, timestamps, and security logs.
- Payment records: billing status and receipts (payment details are typically handled by payment processors).
16) Purposes of processing
We process personal data to:
- provide the App features,
- authenticate users and manage subscriptions,
- generate AI outputs requested by users,
- maintain security and prevent abuse,
- provide customer support,
- troubleshoot and improve reliability.
17) Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on:
- Contract: to deliver the service you request.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and service integrity.
- Consent: where required for optional communications/marketing (if applicable).
18) Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with vendors that help operate the App (processors), such as:
- hosting/database providers,
- automation/workflow providers,
- AI providers,
- payment processors.
They receive only what is necessary to provide their services.
19) International transfers
Some vendors may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to support lawful transfers.
20) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
21) Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection (where applicable). You can also withdraw consent where relevant.

22) Updates
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
