About this platform
The USCIS official Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) website allows us to find appeal decisions with analysis from the agency. This can help us understand how the officers think, so we can build better petitions or responses to Request for Evidence.
However the official database search engine is too basic and it takes a long time to find relevant cases.
Our solution? We created a powerful search engine that allows you to filter more than 1,000 official EB-1A documents by:
- Criteria discussed in the appeal document
- Field or Profession
- Outcome of decision
- Any keyword you consider important for your case (example: a specific award in your field, or the name of a hackaton)
You don’t even need to read the full PDF because we created a summary of each case for your screening step. Take a quick read and decide if you want to access the full document!
On top of this, you can also upload your Request for Evidence or Denial letter from USCIS and our platform will find the 10 to 15 cases that are most relevant to you based on your field so you can save time and effort.
The platform also uses the latest AI models to compare the 15 closest cases to yours and evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. That way, you get real, practical ideas to sharpen your RFE response and present a stronger case to USCIS, drawing from the experience of people who have already been through it.

What the tool does
You can upload a USCIS RFE/NOID/denial PDF (or related document). We extract text, generate a summary, and show “similar” AAO EB-1A appeal decisions from the official repository.
Government documents + possible errors
AAO/USCIS decisions come from official sources. We process them to build summaries and searchable data. Because this is automated, mistakes can happen (missing info, wrong labels, imperfect summaries). Always check the original PDF if accuracy matters.

Your uploaded PDFs and the extracted text/results (summaries, detected criteria, similar cases)
Subscription information (managed through Stripe)
How we use your data

To operate the app, data may be processed by trusted providers such as:
Stripe (payments/subscriptions)
Zapier (automation)
OpenAI API (text analysis/summaries)
Glide (app hosting/database)
How long we keep your uploads
By default, we keep your uploaded PDFs and extracted results for up to 1 year, unless you delete them sooner.
You control deletion
You can delete your uploads yourself inside the app. Deletion may take a short time to fully propagate across systems/backups.
Privacy and sharing
Your results are intended for personal use only. Don’t publish or resell the outputs. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically unless you cancel.
No refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Analytics
We currently don’t use analytics. If we add something like Google Analytics later, we’ll update the policy and use consent controls where required.
